Drysuit seals - in or out?

They are orders of magnitude easier to don and way more comfortable than latex. No need for all that vet lube or worse, talc. I find a smear of E45 cream on the wrists helps them off.

What is wrong with talc? Does it damage latex seals?

No, it just makes a dusty mess everywhere and is good only for donning the suit.

The only time I prefer talc is if I'm putting the suit on at home for some reason. I just dust myself off when I'm done rather than having to take a shower to get lube out of my hair.

Thanks. The only time I use it is for donning my suit. Post dive I have been rinsing the seals and putting some seal saver on them.
