I used Viking extreme glue. lots of dives, no peeling yet. Just make sure you sand (lightly) the suit first and use cotol to clean it. duct tape off the area, apply glue and you'll have a nice finished product that won't come off.
 
I believe that the Nex-Gen is made out of a similiar material as our suits, and my experience tells me that most pockets that are glued on to bi lams or Tri Lams don't really stand the test of time. If you have the time and money, I suggest having some one stitch them on the suit, either by a manufacturer or a qualified repair service. Aqua seal after about a year, tends to want to peel. It does stick very well to a neoprene like a CF200 or some of the Diver Concepts suits.
