Specifically the Oceanic Biodry vs. Dui CF200 Signature series. I am willing to spend the money to get a custom fit Drysuit. I think I have narrowed my search down to the DUI unit or the Oceaninc unit. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with both units and what your like and dislikes are. Almost everyone I know so far dives DUI. I have also seen alot of poeple diving Mobby. I can't say that I have seen any Oceanic suits yet but I am still pretty new to diving. I dove in a DUI suit for my cert. and it was great but it was not the material that I would want. I like the look of the Oceanic unit but I have not tried one on yet. I have not priced out a custome fitting Oceanic unit yet but I beleive it will slightly less than the DUI unit.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Can you get both at the same shop? Might want to ask them which company turns out better fitted custom suits based on their measurements.

Also, as long as you're shelling out the money for a custom drysuit, shell out the money for warm custom undergarments too. You'll be happy you did, I promise.

I currently use the Oceanic Biodry, and have used the DUI. My LDS sells both brands. I am very happy with my Oceanic. While I have used the DUI suit on several occassions, when I'm diving it, I can't wait to get back into my Oceanic. The "M2O" (made to order) part of the biodry series makes for an outstanding fit. I have been very happy with the service with my Oceanic, but can't comment on the DUI service, since I was never the "owner" of the DUI suit I was using. Many of my dive buddies use DUI, and swear by it. I swear by my Oceanic.

As JonnyThan said, spend the extra $ for quality undergarments. You may also want to consider dry gloves.
