Regulator, 24" hose, OPV, and DIN protector cap. No manufacturing marks. I believe this came from Northeast Scuba Supply. It looks like the Oxycheq one for sale on their website.

Regulator was pressurized and everything works. No leaks. It has been sitting a few years and should be serviced. It is being sold as is.
