I took a look last night and I have a si tech valve that has a hose with a slightly smaller ID. But at least I can just figure out the size and order from McMaster.

I have a questions that i have not seen come up in previous threads. I have a prince albert piercing and am wondering how that will affect the "kinking" facotr since the ring can move and fold from side to side. Should i still trim the cath or leave it long to allow for the rings movement?

1982shawn - do you ever swap out your jewelry? It seems to me that a [curved] barbell might be less of an issue than a ring, depending on your gauge.
