My dry suit same some very small holes in the latex neck seal. I have not noticed any leaks from these holes yet. They are probably the size of a pinhole if I stretch the latex seal out a bit and look into the sunlight, I can see them. Is there anythign I can or should do to patch these up? Welcome your thought and ideas.....

If they are not leaking, I would not bother.

If the holes are near the suit material, where the seal doesn't have to stretch, duct tape will work nicely. Nothing works if there is a problem with the seal where it has to stretch. You should be aware that seeing holes generally means the seal is aging and getting ready to fail. Don't go on an important dive trip with things this way (ask me how I know)!

I've gotten holes on my wrist seals form lobsters. The first time, one bit me up high where the seal did not have to stretch much. I used a inner tube patch kit, and it worked fine for the life of the seal. This year I got a hole in a seal where it had to stretch a lot. I used the the patch kit again. It did work, but after a dozen dives it started ripping at the corner of the patch. I ended up replacing the seals.
The patch kit is good for emergency on site repairs, It's saved my day more than once.

Just replace it. Save yourself the headache of a missed/ ruined dive later on.
