Just wanted to mention that http://www.performancebike.com/shop/profile.cfm?SKU=17558&subcategory_ID=1344 has neoprene biking booties that are great to wear over undersuit booties or just on their own if your undersuit doesn't have bootie's(like my Bare).
They are waterpoof and have a rubber bottom(no traction though) and fleece lined. And they are only 19 bucks right now. They run very small e.g. I have a 9 shoe size and I wear a 10.
