Dry Gloves on Fusion

I have been looking at your website and the info on using dry gloves with the Fusion has me a little confused.

In the FAQ section if you click on "Can I attach dry gloves" it says to use the Dry Wrist Ring system.

Then if you look under the "Options" tab and then "Accessories" it says that you have to use the Seal Mounted glove system becuase the Fusion will not accept Rings.

Could you clarify for me please.

Thanks for your inquiry....essentially we are talking about the same system. This is the same set up I use - it is put out by Si-Tech and is very popular.

Essentially there is 2 separate systems that work together:

The dry rings - which attach to the drysuit (1 component - just the rings)
The Glove Rings - which obvioulsy attach to the Gloves (2 components - gloves and glove rings)

The dry rings simply attach to the latex seal of any drysuit, the Glove rings attach to the Dry Rings. - This is the removebale system - and again can be put on ANY latex seal.

This is different from the Permanent system - which has the same Glove ring system, but the dry ring is PERMANENTLY attached to the suit and is factory installed vs. user installed - this is the one that is not available on the Fusion.

So the bottome line....If you want a Fusion with Dry gloves....simply order the Fusion with the "removeable dry glove system" in size med, lg, or XL.

The Viking bayonet ring system works fine on the Fusion, too. It's also seal-mounted.

Thanks for clearing that up... You may want to ask them to change their website then because under the "Options tab" and "Accessories" on your site it says that rings cannot be used in the fusion. So it is basically telling you in one spot that you can use the rings and then in another spot that you cannot use the rings.

I am glad to know that it can accept the Viking Bayonet rings (I have heard great things about them). So thanks TSandM and DiveJedi.
