How It Works | DryCASE Waterproof Case for iPhone, iPod, Smartphone, iPad, Kindle

Nice idea for small cameras and smartphones, but poor design, bottom-line is the headphone jack is the weakpoint for leaks along with the vacuum port. While they made a good attempt to seal the headphone jack it's the biggest complaint among users for leaks. The 1-way ck-vlv works well enough for most (some report bypass), the actual seal to prevent foreign material fails because it's undersized and does not seat over the ridge-seal, slightest bump and it's off allowing foreign material to wedge in the ck-vlv.

They do certify these to be waterproof to 100' on their website, but several how the leaky tested units make it out the door is another question. Finally for the fellow Samsung Galaxy SIII users out there, it fits, but requires a little bit of effort to snug up near the headphone jack, of course the baby little iphones fit fine. Should be able to fit a small point and shoot in this unit as well, too bad it leaks.

Still shopping for other options, this one was returned after sea-trials yesterday.

Was thinking of trying this for my Galaxy Note 2 but your review sure turned me away.
