Dry boxes?

I'm interested in getting something to protect my keys while I dive. Any recommendations for dive boxes? :06:

I dont think you need to keep keys dry. Saltwater has not harmed mine. Also why take more then just one key with you? Leave all the keys in your car and just take a car key on a string lanyard.

One other thing, believe it or not a zip lock bag will keep small objects dry even at depth. I would not use a zip lock as a camera housing but for parking meter change, a key and what not it works and I was surprized to find the stuff inside dry.

I carry a small dry box that's just big enough to hold the door key for my car and my driver's license (I want 'em to know where to send the body, should I wash up somewhere), Oh, and a little cash when doing shore dives (should I be alive when I wash up somewhere, and need to get a taxi).

It hangs on a cord around my neck and is flat enough to wear under my wetsuit.

I've seen 'em sold in waterfront gift shops and West Marine (but could find 'em in their online store).

Some new keys actually have electronics in 'em, and with old keys it's not the key you have to worry so much about, as getting salt in the lock. 'Course you can also wash the key before inserting it.
