I must be insane, but I was wondering about river drift diving on the Chattahoochee in Roswell between the GA. 400 bridge and Azalea park boat ramp. I'm guessing it has to be at least 15 to 20 feet in depth due to the dredging just south of 400 and only about a 3 1/2 mile drift downstream. Has anyone done this before? Just curious I live in Roswell and it seems like an easy dive to do.

I'ld do it in a boat with a fish finder first, might be all sorts of branches, tree trunks and other hazards.
