As @Manatee Diver said, they are Silent Submerge DPVs. They don't look like the older UV18 or UV26 models, so maybe a Valkyrie Minnus based on size. Silent Submerge was acquired and is now operating under the name Subsea Propulsion Systems.
 
Looks like older Silent Submersion scooters.
They look like the Subsea Propulsion Systems units as it doesn't have the clips on the front like the older Silent Submerge models, and if you go to 32:19 in the video, you can see a handle on the front nose that the Silent Submerge don't have.

And given the handgrip, I would say the Subsea Viper.
