Yesterday the 18th Krustykrab and I did a dive at Pebbles Beach. It was the first time I had been there. I was surprised how many different entrance points there are. Anyways the water temp was about 50, the visibility was pretty good about 20-25 ft. Not too much to see few lobsters, star fish, large crabs. The dive wasn't bad, because I got to get wet.;)

Guess I hit a patch of dirty water. Glad you got better conditions.

Stogey, Did you get WET or get DRY?

I did a wet dive on veterans day (11/11, SandwichTB)and it was a brisk 50 degrees. I'd have to say the surface temps were a bit more, ah-hum, challeneging, than the dive...

Pebble is a nice dive though...

cheers

True,

Today I dove Old Garden Beach The water temp wasn't that much different then the other day, but I am diving wet and I didn't even feel the coolness of the water. That is until I got out, took off my wet suit. Then I started to feel the temp. The visibility was very good.

Life is too short for cheap cigars.

getting out is the worst!! As soon as you strip off that wetsuit BRrrrrrrrWhoaw!! Turn the car on with the heat full bore then change in the backseat. I was wondering how the DRY divers far in the chilly weather.

Any flounder or lobsters around? I was curious if the flounder migrate as well. I know the lobsters tend to migrate to deeper waters, but I was curious about the flounders...

late november diving, excellent!

cheers

Stogey, what do you have for a wetsuit? Two piece? One Piece? Semi-Dry with hood? I tend to get a lil chill a bit earlier that my dive buddy (brother). Buddy has a few layer of "insullation" that I do not...

I am fairly warm blooded, but I do hava 7mm one peace, with a detatched hood.

When I dove wet, I used to drive home in the wetsuit if I couldn't bare taking that thing off outside.

Dry is muuuuuch nicer. Although my hands still freeze even through my drygloves when I get out of the water. Guess the drysuit has made me sensitive.
