NO! Do some diving--perhaps 100 or 200 dives. Then consider trying doubles. Not being rude, just practical. Doubles is a whole 'nother world, with it's own equipment, procedures, and skills. Perfect your skills with a single tank first.

Seriously though, I haven't cared to check one out in person, but the patented tank traction system makes it sound like a strictly one-tank rig. That aside, it's bouyancy characteristics are geared toward single tanks. Even if it worked, I suspect it would be a poor substitute for a backplate and wing.
 
Anything is possible. Doubles with a SQ Balance is not advisable, nor was the BC designed to be used with doubles.
