I am messing around with doubles (probably Al 50s) for a double hose reg. I am using tank bands that incorporate the web harness - a retro thing.

I have one manifold that seems like it is designed for 8" center-to-center spacing and I just bought another that has 8-1/4" spacing. It seems my bands look a lot like 8-1/8" but I'm not really sure.

Is there a standard spacing for LP 72 or Al 50 doubles?

I also have a manifold with 10" spacing. Any idea what that might be used for?
