We had problems with yoke insert for our E7-80s in which the o-rings would not sit properly, and after 3-4 dives would start to leak.
After trying a variety of o-rings and sizes, ended up emailing PST. They said that it was most likely the insert for the pro-valve, and that they would send use replacements. Gave them the serial numbers and within a few days, got new inserts. Been good ever since. Very happy with PST service.
I have attached a fuzzy picture of the new/good inserts on left and the old/poor inserts on right. While it's a bad picture, you can see the differance on how the o-rings sit.
