In your opinion, who is the best training agency?

I don't really feel I can identify a best agency. I see major problems with all the agencies. I know great instructors and lousy instructors. I think, in theory, agency does matter. However, the difference between one instructor and the next is so great as to nullify any agency related advantage or disadvantage.

I agree...I have taken two Basic Open Water courses before I got to finish up my certs - and I don't think any one agency has it over another.

I think the BIG differance of what makes or breaks any agency is the quality of their instructors, their experience, knowledge, skills, method of teaching, patience and communication.
