I'm a Fish!
OK here is the back story..

I am looking to add about a pound of weight to a BP/W setup....

I am wonder if there is a plate available to fit between the BP and STA?

They do make STA weights, will they work?

Channel weights:

Weight for Single Tank Adaptor

The one pictured weighs about 6lbs. Might try contacting some of the BP manufacturers on the board and see if they have anything lighter.

Yeah i have seen the 6lb ers... Maybe i can get a local machine shop to make something...

Anyone think there may be a market for custom weights?

You could make your own with a drill press and a length of stainless. ;)

If you only need a pound or two, you might use a bullet weight. Cut the clip off and thread it on to your waist strap.

I think oxycheq or dive rite makes a pouch that fits in the channel and can be filled with shot, it's like a soft channel weight. You could put as much shot in it as you want.
