Sauce is in the title

(even worse, my question is on an item no longer supported lol)
(they did not respond to the email concerning it)

Why? Did you guys do something lol? (point me to a history thread for context?)

ScubaPro only wants a relationship with it's retailers. It is the retailer that addresses the consumer. None of us care for that, and many other things they do. They basically walked away from caring about any consumer of their stuff..

That is their business model...

I can believe that. And, it would be great if any dealer could answer any question, but, in my world... it varies by how interested they are in the product.

So SP is essentially the Rolex of the Sea. Got it! :acclaim:

Never will

Not true at all. I have contacted their technical support via their website MANY times in the past and they have ALWAYS responded, usually within 24 hours (during business hours).

PLEASE do NOT spread untrue information.

Scubapro stopped monitoring this forum several years ago largely because of the shiity attitude here on SB (and so has several other manufacturers here).

You should look up their technical support email address on their website (I think there is a "Contact" form there) and they should respond to you.

BoltSnap, you quoted where I said they did not respond to my email. They answered the first one, so I know it works; but the one where I was asking about software and firmware, they did not. (My first one was asking if they had just one more of those amazing super thick factory sol stick on screen protectors laying on someone's desk gathering dust they would sell to me reasonably)
