The crap wrist strap on my ScubaPro Galileo broke today (for the third time). Even if I could replace it (which I can't...no one on the island has one), I am weary of replacing crap with more crap. So I thought I would bungee it...if I could find bungee cord. However, none of the dive shops have that either. Is there anyone on the island - or arriving soon - who could spare me about one foot or thereabout of fine bungee cord? I have rigged up a tether on a retractor for the time being. It's ugly but it worked well enough.

I have it by the spool if you find someone from this way headed your way.

Thanks. I've had a couple of PMs from folks who should be able to get me back in business by tomorrow.

I think the mega has bungee cords in the automotive section. May be too thick for what you’re looking for though.
Steve has some at his house and I have some in my bag at the shop. The various sizes will be available at 3P tomorrow.

I will bring small bungee, medium bungee and my personal favorite for this task which is surgical tubing. I'll be there on Sunday night. We'll be diving on Christmas morning. We are staying two blocks from you.
