Im looking to purchase a Oceanic Veo 2.0 Air / Nitrox 2 Gauge Dive Computer Console and noticed they also have a Oceanic B.U.D. (Back Up Device) Air / Nitrox Dive Computer. Do you recommend a B.U.D?

If I was on a live-aboard perhaps would consider one if I didn't already have a backup. However there are cheaper options for a backup computer. I guess it all depends why you think you need it and the type of diving you do. A backup computer, in my opinion, for Rec OW diving is not a necessity. I note you are relatively new(?) to diving in which case I would say spend your money diving more, experience is worth way more than any piece of equipment. Good luck.
