Hi dive lover,
we have an instructor working for us and she just turned 20. She is very young, but people do take her serious.
last year we had a dm in training who just turned 18 and in the beginning I was a little doubt full, but after a month or so she got more comfortable and I have to say, she became a great dm.
Age is not too important, just know your limits and be helpful and nice to people and then they will love you.
