You get a set of 5 for about $10-25, depending on their material and bike shop you hit.
Be sure to get titanium, stainless steel or anodized alu, instead of cheap steel that'll rust.

.... I went with Henrik's idea. SS 5/16-18 x 3/4 bolts and wing nuts which turned out to be a very good fit
