If I had to pay $30-$50 for a "real" signal mirror, I might consider alternatives as well. I thought Argentina was a little more ... first world ... than that.

Scuba diving here in my country is something "rare". Few people do that, gear hard to get and expensive to buy.
I try to take advantage of each travel I can do to the US for work to buy my gear. I seldom travel to the US. Only once a year at best.
Air fills, yes, gear only what has immediate output. Price x 3 or 4 related to the prices in the US.
First world, yes thanks. If you hear to our government, "we" are part of the first world, but just for a few (I'm not included).
