Hi Bruce,This is an excellent thread. Glad to see someone doing this for the Aqualung regs. I've been looking at a lot of Scubapro o'ring sizes and I have to say there's not nearly as much info on here for the Aqualung o'rings. So I went through and took all the part numbers from the 2006 parts manual and put it into Excel and made a list of o'rings that go into all the first and second stage regs. I've populated as much info as I could find on the board and I'll post it here. Then, if you guys have any more updates to add to this, I will update and post it again. I would like to finish my excel file with all the parts numbers and a cross referece by part number to all regulators that a specific part will fit. So if you have measured any of these o'rings and would like to contribute, please do.

I am planning on tearing apart my Titan 1st stage in the next two weeks or so. I will be able to see what size o-ring is in the balance chamber. Not sure if it will be an 824006 or a 820080. The diagram I have for the Titan, dated 1999, shows these two part numbers, the first balance chamber o-ring without the dry kit, the second for with the dry kit. Not sure why the dry kit would change that. And then if we needed more confusion, the 2006 parts catalog doesn't show two parts numbers, just one - 82008. Spring block is the same part number both diagrams. So maybe they decided they only needed the 820080? Maybe they're the same size o-ring and just different duro?
I also have two Cousteau-SEA 1st stages I'm going to tear apart. I should be able to take measurements for an 820013, 820014, measure and check 820080 against the balance chamber o-ring from the Titan 1st stage, check my 824407 vs. what was posted in this thread earlier, and just have a good time with it.
Attached to the Cousteau-SEA I have a non-adjustable Micra and that hase some o-rings I can measure too. It has an 820016, 820314, and a 957025 to help fill in some more measurements for this list. If you have any of these and want to help out and check my numbers, it would be greatly appreciated.
Bruce
820088 measures out as a 1.5mmCS x 15.0mmID that feels a little stiff, like a Duro 85.Hi Bruce,
Were you able to find some more data for your table? I'm searching for the diameter of "820088". Do you have an idea?
Thanks
