Hi everybody! I would appreciate some info on diving with a port-a-cath (or maybe related info like any other intravascular device), I´ve been looking in medline and couldn´t find anything. Thanks in advance

Hi Miguel,
I have a port too, and posted the same question on the board some time ago. If you want to read the thread run a search and it will very probably come up.

You might want to have a look at the meds you have been given through the port. Those might be a bigger deal than the port. I don't know what you got the port for, but if you had chemo its important checking it out. Also radiation is an important factor to look at.
