No one can give any advice on the above scenario, because there is not enough information to give any advice o the above scenario. The OP asked for information a week ago. He was immediately told more information was needed, but he did not provide any more information.

One clue is that he said he was going "to head home but once I land I have a 2hr dive scheduled." According to his profile, home is Covington, Georgia, elevation 768 feet.

He said he is diving for the weekend and then flying home, but he does not say how long after his last weekend dive he will be flying. That is the key piece of missing information.

If we assume the OP is spending the recommended 18h (or better 24h) before flying home, then the question become one of "can he dive after flying?" Yes, is the answer.
If we assume he did not wait long enough before flying, then the question is, "What is DAN's phone number?" Dives after landing are irrelevant.

John, when YOU fly home your destination is at altitude, not at sea level. How long do YOU wait before flying?

I follow the standard DAN/PADI guidelines.

The guidelines are based on the assumption that commercial aircraft are pressurized to an altitude of 7,000-8000 feet. If I am good to fly at that pressure, then I am certainly good to get out of the plane at 5,400 feet (where I live).

The DAN guidelines (and NOAA's) also assume an immediate gain of altitude of 2,000 feet is not a problem and does not need to be considered. I contacted DAN specifically about diving at Homestead Crater in Utah, with an elevation of about 6,000 feet. They said there should be no problem flying on a commercial airline immediately after diving there, because the altitude gain is less than 2,000 feet.

Sorry was traveling and could not respond. Diving profile was 3 days of diving within rec limits then flying after a 20hr SI. I then landed and dove in a max depth of 30ft but my main concern was my scheduled dive was for 2 1/2 hrs so I was pushing the limts. I didnt know if there would be a concern after flying. I contacted DAN and they told me I could jump out of a plane striaght down to 100ft.

Let me get this straight: DAN told you to go jump out of a plane? LOL. :)

Others who have posted and are asking for more information want to give advice. I gave information not advice. The last time I checked, SB threads are open to all not just to RDRINK25. Somewhere in the world someone might be diving the scenario I posted. In that case it might be advice. Your clue regarding his location is not much help either. How do you know that is his real location?

But, your information was goofy, as is the suggestion he is lying about his location.
