Diving questions - El Gouna

We have just booked to go to El Gouna (Three Corners Rihana) at the beginning of November. I'm interested in finding out whether my 3mm full wetsuit will be enough or whether I should invest in a shorty to wear over it or a vest top to wear under it. Also wondering if anyone has had any experience with Colona PADI centre which is the one at our hotel.
