Diving or Mountain Biking?

Fire roads in the mountains are better than any biking in the flat lands. I don't understand your negativity? I have friends that live on the coast and road bike 40 miles, 3 times a week, who come here to ride and can hardly make it up the climbs. Any mountain bike riding is good for the body and soul.

I do like fire roads or dirt roads but this is not really mountain biking.

I guess any riding off the hard road is coined "mountain biking". Maybe "off road biking" is more accurate.
Anyhow, diving or biking is a good distraction from this corona thing.

Yeah, there are no mountains in Florida but I've heard there is some "mountain biking" there.
