Diving near St. Joe MI

I will be in St Joe for a couple of days the weekend of July 9. Are there any good places to get a quick dive in while I am there? Local Dive shops?

Don't get down that way much for diving so i can't really say but try THIS LINK for dive shops in the area. It looks to be a little outdated as i see at least one shop on there i know is now closed, so make sure you call first, before you assume the shop exists.

I see it shows one in Niles, which is near St. Joseph i believe.

I am from that area originally and there used to be a shop called Wolfs scuba. I havent been back in years though so I don't know if its still around. Lots of beach area in st. joe and there are 2 piers I have seen people dive from, but I cant really recommed one way or the other. Sorry for the generic descriptions, but I wasn't even certified when I used to live there

Thanks for the tips! As it turns out I won't have a chance to get wet this trip. But I will do some homework for our next visit.
