Diving medicals Ireland

I have been trying for the last 3 months to get my diving medical renewed. Due to age and a health condition, I need it renewed yearly. Previously I have had it done while diving in Spain. Last year I got it done in Dublin by a company called Express Care but they no longer seem to be operating. I have tried multiple doctors listed on the Diving Ireland website but so far no joy for any doctor in Dublin. I can’t be the only diver in Dublin who needs a medical? If anyone has suggestions for doctors based in Dublin qualified to carry this certification out, I would really appreciate it.
