Please do not add these black horizontal lines. It makes your videos look like crap on wide angle screens (because it is not wide angle video but standard 16:9 with black horizontal lines) and does not futureproof your videos. Just export in desired aspect ratio. Youtube and other services fill the rest of the screen with black by default. Your video looks like this:

I appreciate your feedback, but there is a reason why I do this (and it's quite a common practice): avoiding compatibility issues on older devices who have trouble with anything but the standard video formats.
What with playback on widescreen devices ideally should happen is that the respective player detects the letterboxing and automatically zooms in; I'm not sure why this does not happen in your case.
