Diving in Yucatan

Puerto Aventuras is nice, 15 km south of Playa del Carmen. Good diving within a very short ride (5 mins). You can stay at or above 12 m (40 feet) and still see cool stuff.

Dive Aventuras is an awesome shop, they are in the Omni resort.

Hi there,

get at least the open water course. No matter which outfit. Shops should keep you from going in without certification, or at least let you do a Discover Scuba.

Maybe come to Puerto Morelos, good diving with nice reef. Friendly town, but quiet.
