Diving in Pemba this summer-please advise

Hi,
I'm thinking of taking a short break and dive in Pemba or to take a liveaboard trip on the Kisiwani.
How's the diving season during July to September?
Does Pemba and the Pemba channel worth the hassle to get there?

I'm sorry to say that july-september is not a good time for Pemba Island. Green, murky water and relatively cold (24 C). November-march will give you the best dive conditions with clearer, blue water and warmer, 'tropical' water temps.
