Diving in Komodo in February

Hi all, I am going to Bali in February and have planned a week to go scuba diving in Komodo. I've been diving there before, but last time I went it was April, and I am aware that February is right in the rainy season. Does it still make sense to go, and if so, where on the island? Last time I stayed in Labuan Bajo, but I have the time to go somewhere else if it makes more sense during that time of the year. I am a solo female traveller. Thankful for any recommendations for locations, dive schools or resorts?
