Hey guys

One of my mates suggested that I rent a gopro from Fat Lama or when I go on holiday to Hainan, China in a couple of weeks and I go diving (I don’t do enough exciting stuff to justify buying one :D). I've never been diving before so I don't know if there are any that you guys would recommend. I’m not by any means good at video editing or anything like that, it’ll just be for me and my mates to watch and maybe youtube. Do any of them on there look suitable? (Apologies if this question gets asked a lot!)

Cheers!

hi Tony, how long are you going for? i have not used the site before but looking at it you can get a decent one for around £7-£15 per day. if you are going for a few weeks that is going to add up.

for use when diving go pros are easy to use, straight forward and give pretty good image quality depending on your depth. (the shallower you are the better the quality) if you go deeper you need filters or torches. are you doing a course out there or just a 1 off dive?

If you've never dove before, I would can the video and concentrate on the dive? Hire a photographer if your that vain:)
