Make sure you stop to eat at Tony`s (between Soufrierre and Scott`s Head) It is a small clean `restaurant`and the chicken is delicious.
Hike to Middleham Falls - we went via the Cochrane route (past the `stinking hole`) well worth it! Drive to as many places as you can - especially up the south-east coast.

Dive in the morning and head into the rainforest in the afternoons - Middleham Falls, Trafalgar Falls, Emerald Pool.
Scotts Head Restaurant has good food if you get down that way.

if you go on any tours see if you can get Big Mama.
