Diving Ft. Bragg

Did a great dive on Sat. out of Ft. Bragg in Mendocino county. Theres a reef between Albion & Van Damme that is just spectacular. I've dove it 3 times now and each time was like a different place. Water looked kinda green from the surface but opened up to almost 20 ft vis at depth. The reef goes from just below the surface to 150 ft+ and is full of life.
The Ft. Bragg, Mendocino area has some awesome diving. Great abalone diving, spearfishing( when its allowed) and offshore reefs that will leave you speechless:wacko: This area is at least an hour closer to me than Monterey and the diving is better. I'm planning a long weekend up there in August, but hope to get back there before then. Check it out.

I was just down there last weekend ab diving. I would love to dive down there but dont know anyone else that wants to go. Since I live in Eureka, its not exactly the diving capital of california. I see your in Santa Rosa. Ft Bragg is probably the same distance for us. If you Ever want to dive there, during the week or weekend , let me know. Id love to go.

I'm always ready to go! Well, almost, whenever I can get away. I'd love to go with ya, let me know when you can come down this way. I'm planning a long weekend at Van Damme on August 22-24, theres always room for more divers. I'm about 2 and a half hours from there.
