Hello all

I'll have one day off in Miami Beach on march 1st. As I was looking through the web I found the South Beach Divers. They're at a place that I can reach without having to rent a car.

I'm looking for something like a trip with two dives, preferably 'round a wreck.

Has anybody ever gone on a trip with them? I'd appreciate any comment or alternative.

AOW, deep diver, 50+ dives, have most of the eqip.

I have never been on one of South Beach Diver's boats, but I have rented gear from the shop numerous times, as I presently live on South Beach. They seem like a reputable shop and all my dealings with them have always been positive. I usually dive on a friend's private boat, but there are some nice sites off of Miami. Check out Fowey Rocks.

I used to live around the corner from South Beach Divers. They don't have their own boat and I was never too impressed with their operation.
H2O up in Sunny Isles has their boat behind the shop:

these guys are right at Alton Road when you cross into Miami Beach on the lower causeway:

There are some 6-packs that run out of Haulover Marina also - this is immediately north of Miami Beach.

Hey guys, appreciate your comments.

I'm afraid I can't give you any feedback, since South Beach Divers seemed the 'least hassle' version but didn't have any trips planned for my date. They actually sent me a mail after I left home about a possible trip, but I only saw that when I returned...

Still, I hope to be back soon and I'll give them a try next time.
