Diving from Makassar?

Hi,
I'm planning to go to Makassar March 2009, i want to hear some travel experience from you guys who had already been there before.
Is there also any local dive ops around? because it's too much for me as a native to pay in US$ or even Euro
Are they have special price for local tourist?

Bumping up the thread. i've been googling emailing Makassar diving on and off for a couple of days, but not getting much response from the ones I found on the net. It's really amazing how underdeveloped the market seems to be (especially online).
