This really does not have much to do with innerseal dry gloves but a good alternitive is using simple blue fishing gloves that are about $10 at a marine store and glueing latex wrist seals to the bottom, a little custom work will be required for propper size

If you really want to low-ball it there is an easier way. Use the after market ring system to attach rings to existing latex seals and then buy the kind of thick rubber gloves for handling chemicals at your local hardware store for a couple of dollars. The rings fit perfectly on these kind of gloves and then you have a dryglove system for next to nothing.
