I would recommend www.wetset.com they are located in Puerto Morales right on the beach. They have most of their pricing on the website including optional transportation. I did my first dive with them and they got me hooked! Very patient staff and if you call, you get to speak directly to the owner.

Went with ProTec and was highly impressed with the DM on the safety factor/knowledge/professionalism factor. It was my first time in a cavern environment and extremely eye opening. Did Garden of Eden which was fairly relaxing and relatively easy, even with the rain and cloud cover, could see a bit of light. Tajma Ha was a different story.... Completely dark and the halocline was so intense the DM called the dive at the halfway point as the viz was bad. It was definitely a challenge for both of us, and we will consider this experience before going again.

I dive with Protec every time I’m in Mexico. Great shop and people. The vis issue might be because of all the rain this last few days. I am in Tulum right now. Was diving caves all last week. Via was great. But this week it could have been different.
