I'm going to be in Orlando with my family the second week in april. I fancy sneaking away for a day to go fossil diving. I'm not worried about conditions (I'm used to UK diving). I probably won't know when I can go until a few days before - will I be able to get a place on a boat at short notice?

Thanks for any suggestions,
Neil.

It is possilbe to get on a boat at short notice, if a boat is going out! Let me know for sure drop me a pm and I will send you my phone number with some conditios out there! Right now there is so much silt on the ocean floor to be able to find any fossils.

How's the water look? From weather reports it looks like the winds are calming down and switching to the East. I'm hoping to go diving this Saturday.

It would be great it that happened. Hopefully the bottom will clear up so we can see it. Keep us posted
