Yeah, getting there early would be good. You don't want to road march a 1/4 mile or more up to Sohier Park ( Nubble light), in heavy car and pedestrian traffic in full gear.
Is this this a UDNH exclusive event or can all the pollywogs play?

All the pollywogs can dive but it' s up to UDNH whether or not a specific pollywog will be allowed to dive as part of their "tree ceremony".

For anyone who IS planning to be there that day and spending "the day"; dress warmly. I'd suggest bringing some "heat packs" as well.
 
Hey, that resident torpedo ray will be pretty happy to see something it can light up :lightingz !! I don't know if the dogfish will show though ( I can never seem to find them...:06: ).
