I'm travelling to visit some (non-diving) friends in Saginaw, MI for the first weekend in July and was wondering if anyone could recommend any divesites, stores and/or charters in the area for a couple of dives?
Also looking for a dive-buddy if anyone is up for it ;)

I live around that area. Tiny Bubbles knows how to access Lake Fenton these days. That is probably the closest diving to Saginaw. Higgins Lake would be about two hours North. If you were up to a charter, Port Sanilac is about 1 1/2 hours east and offers some great wreck diving.

If he isn't booked, I would check with Capt. Gary Venet, Sr. and see what he is running. On the shore dive sites, I would check with people on this board.

Another good resource would the Saginaw Underwater Explorers dive club.
