Diving anyone? RI or Cape Ann 12/23&24

no, im actually in Rowley, MA... like 25 minutes from CapeAnn...but I was from the Dartmouth/Newbedford area and am willing to go down to Newport for some diving.

i, and a handfull of others dive around here alot.....
also theres a group of guys up around cape ann area that dive alot too
so you should have no problem at all finding dive buddies...
just keep a eye on here.. people post all the time when there goin where...

Not looking good for getting out of work on Saturday. I still have one day to guilt trip, threaten and bribe my way into a day off though....Will let you know tomorrow.

Yes - you'd better threaten! There must be some good excuse not to work on Saturday....uh, must dive for mental health reasons??!?

NAVY21...yeah what he said. Still trying to figure out plans for cape ann for the 24th. After that I may not be going till after new years, but keep an eye on this forum. Usually someone looking to dive.

so far everyone around here says ya just wave the mud away with your hand.... at most use one of them things you have....
there not gonna be deep deep. the siphons need to reach the surface of the mud

Alright, well I'll bring em just to try. I went last Sat for a quickie to check out my camera, but there was a current that carried the silt away nicely. Hopefully it will be like that tomorrow so it doesnt cloud up so quickly.
The tide will be coming in this time.....high@12:30.
