I am seeking comments about a person who had covid-19 pneumonia, with apparent recovery, then a year later was found to have pulmonary cyst. Can this person scuba dive or is risk for pulmonary barotrauma too great?

I would be concerned. Pulmonary cysts obviously have the potential to rupture on ascent. I think the individual should consult a Dive Doctor prior to going back underwater.
