Hi! In Makati itself you can go to either Nautilus Dive Shop along Arnaiz Avenue or at 300 Bar Dive Shop at Sabio St., near Mantrade.
Nautilus is a no-frills sort of shop, so items are cheaper and you'll have more generic options. 300 Bar has a range of equipment from Scrubapro to Halcyon.
