That looks like the entrance to the Key West Harbor Yacht club, if it's on Stock Island. I'm shocked anyone would be on autopilot here, to get this far, you've been in close quarters maneuvering for the last mile, from either direction. But then, they were running on the pins to get it this far on the rocks, so yeah....

And this is taken from the clubhouse, the vessel was coming out of the yacht club.
 
Looks like something from Rodney Dangerfield's movie Caddyshack. (And Chevy Chase, Bill Murray, Ted Knight, et al)

The name of the vessel is Bonkers.
 
This happened in Long Beach, California a few years ago aw well. The boat was being used by the Coast Guard Auxiliary at the time.
