For me, it's porridge. I use a muesli with oats, dried fruit, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. Mix it with water, boil it down to a thick consistency, add honey, soy milk and sliced banana.

Delicious and packed with energy, antioxidants and lots of other good stuff.

And a cup of green or herbal (Ginkgo Biloba or Rooibos) tea as well. :approve:
 
5am on the way to the dive boat, pull into the 24hr Service station, 2 cans of coke 2 meat pies and a bottle of water for the boat

Eggs, Bacon, Sausages, Black Pudding, Fried Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Baked Beans (Has to be HEINZ), Brown Sauce and Toast

It is! What does anybody else know about putting it down right...

Taylor ham for breakfast, cheese steak for lunch. Man, do I miss it!
